SCRUTINY MATTERS
- Work Programme for 2025
To note the Panel's current work programme and discuss the programme of work for 2025.
- Scrutiny Briefings
To note that the Panel is scheduled to receive the following briefing from Government officials:
(a) 28th March 2025: Private Briefing to Children, Education and Home Affairs Scrutiny Panel from Minister for Education and Lifelong Learning
- Scrutiny Review: What protection do children in Jersey have from online harms?'
To receive an update from the Committee and Panel Officer on the status of the review , including:
- Receipt of various written submissions.
- Receipt of letters from the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs, Minister for Children and Families, and Minister for Education and Lifelong Learning.
