- Work Programme for 2025
To note the Panel's current work programme and discuss the programme of work for 2025.
- Scrutiny Briefings
To note that the Panel is scheduled to receive the following briefings from Government officials in February 2025:
- 7th February 2025: private briefing from the Minister for Education and Lifelong Learning;
- 12th February 2025: briefing about law drafting instructions to address intimate image abuse as part of the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) work; and
- 13th February Briefing: briefing about the new St. Helier Youth Centre.
- Scrutiny Review: What protection do children in Jersey have from online harms?'
To receive an update from the Committee and Panel Officer on the status of the review and to discuss next steps.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
- Public Hearing: Foster Care in Jersey
To note that the Panel's public hearing with the Minister for Children and Families was rescheduled to 7th February 2025 and to review the question plan.
- Quarterly Hearings
- To discus and approve the Panel's question plan for its quarterly public hearing with the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs on 11th February 2025; and
- To discuss and agree any follow up actions resulting from the recent public hearings with:
- the Minister for Children and Families (29th January 2025); and
- the Minister for Education and Lifelong Learning (30th January 2025).
