Health and Care Jersey Advisory Board and Partnership Board. (P.52/2025): amendment (P.52/2025 Amd.) – Children’s Rights Impact Assessment

The aim of the Panel's amendment is to amend P.52/2025 to limit the Health and Care Partnership Board's initial appointment to an 18-month pilot, as the Panel is not convinced its creation has been justified by rigorous analysis. This trial period will test whether the Board is genuinely fit for purpose while helping to mitigate risks, address governance concerns, and avoid unforeseen costs if the structure proves ineffective.
