Will the Minister advise, in respect of the construction industry, –
- if there is any plan or conditions in place from a planning perspective to limit or halt large building developments, to ensure that employment resources in this market are not all drawn upon at the same time; and
- what requirements, if any, there are currently in place to ensure that developers employ a certain number or percentage of apprentices, depending on their size, or contribute to a training levy for the construction industry?
