Question

Will H.M. Attorney General advise –

  1. how many parents, if any, were required to attend a Parish Hall Enquiry in 2019 as a result of their child’s absence from school; and
  2. how many parents, if any, were required to attend Court in 2019 as a result of their child’s absence from school?

Answer

H.M. Attorney General can advise that –

  1. two parents were required to attend a Parish Hall Enquiry as a result of two children’s absence from school; and
  2. no parents were required to attend Court in 2019 as a result of their child’s absence from school.
