Follow-up questions from the Quarterly Public Hearing on 24th September 2025

Thank you for your attendance at the Quarterly Hearing on 24th September 2025. Following that hearing, the Panel would be grateful to receive the following:

An updated lifespan estimation for the Energy from Waste Plant, together with a general progress update on its operation and maintenance.

A progress update on the Island Construction Engineering (ICE) Programme, including key milestones, progress to date, and expected next steps, to be provided to the Panel by the end of 2025.

The Panel would be grateful for your written response within five working days of receipt of this letter.

Please note it is the intention to publish the responses on the States Assembly website. We look forward to hearing from you.
