ELECTIONS (SENATORS) (JERSEY) AMENDMENT LAW 202- (P.56/2025) Amendment – CHILDREN'S RIGHTS IMPACT ASSESSMENT This decision amends legislation to reinstate Senators as elected members of the States Assembly and relates to the period during which a by-election for Senators and Deputies would not be held. The decision would have no effect on children. |
