REPORT

Decision(s):  Under  Standing  Order  168(3)  the  Minister  for  Infrastructure  hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

Land transaction –

  1. That  the  previous  decision  MD-PH-2018-0025 dated  15 May 2018  in connection with the sale of 10 Grosvenor Terrace, Grosvenor Street, St. Helier , be rescinded, arising from a decision by the prospective purchaser to withdraw. (That decision was presented to the States on 22nd May 2018 as part (a) of R.68/2018.)
  2. That 10 Grosvenor Terrace, Grosvenor Street, St. Helier be sold to the next highest bidder of the 8 competitive bids received in May 2018.
  3. That this decision summary and the accompanying report be copied to the Minister for Health and Social Services for approval.

The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
