Jersey Youth Parliament (JYP) connects the voices of young people to the States Assembly and States Members.

The JYP is an Island-wide forum for young people to discuss, research and connect current issues that affect themto the States Assembly. It creates space and meaningful opportunities for all voices to be heard, influencing change in island life.

"Providing young people with an equal voice in politics should be at the forefront of any potential legislation or decisions going through government. The youth parliament provides me with the opportunity to represent and voice the opinions of all the young people I work alongside. We need to get more young people interested and participating in the island's affairs."
