States decisions on 23rd October 2018

​The States ratified a tax agreement with the Principality of Liechtenstein for the elimination of double taxation at their sitting this morning (Tuesday 23rd October 2018).

Ratification of the Agreement was the only item of public business debated at today's sitting (P.102/2018). In other business, Members appointed Senator Kristina Moore as a member of the Economic Affairs Scrutiny Panel and noted the resignation of Deputy Jess Perchard from the Education and Home Affairs Scrutiny Panel. The Minister for External Relations and the Minister Social Security answered questions without notice.
