Retirement
The Bailiff, Sir Timothy Le Cocq, started the afternoon session by announcing that he will be retiring in October 2025.

The Chief Minister made a statement regarding the Complaints Board report on the Jersey Lifeboat Association suspension.

P.55 Nationality Acts: Extension to Jersey
The Chief Minister, Deputy Lyndon Farnham, proposed to extend any relevant provisions contained in UK law regarding British citizenship to Jersey

P.57 Social Security Medical Appeal Tribunal: Appointment of Members
The Minister for Social Security, Deputy Lyndsay Feltham, proposed the appointment of Drs Omer Zubair and Nauman Jadoon as members of the Social Security Medical Appeal Tribunal for a term of 5 years.
The Minister amended her proposition to also include the appointment of Dr Lucy Fleur Baudains.
