Extension of Immigration Acts to Jersey by Order in Council
The Chief Minister, Senator John Le Fondré, proposed that a request be made to Her Majesty in Council to make an Order in Council which would extend provisions contained within the Immigration Acts to Jersey.

Amendment to the legal definition of criminal conduct in relation to cannabis
On behalf of the Minister for External Relations and Financial Services, Assistant Minister for External Relations, Constable Richard Buchanan, proposed to amend the Law so that it is no longer criminal conduct to produce, supply, use, export or import cannabis provided it is lawful in the jurisdiction outside of Jersey where it occurs.

Legal changes to detect and prevent money laundering by trustees
Assistant Minister for External Relations, Constable Richard Buchanan, proposed to amend the Law so that the Minister for External Relations and Financial Services can prescribe measures for detecting and preventing money laundering by trustees outside financial services.

Changes to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism law in relation to supervisory bodies
Constable Richard Buchanan proposed amendments to the Law which ensures businesses comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements, so that a supervisory body must use a 'risk-based approach'.

The confiscation of gifts made into trusts up to five years before an offence
Constable Richard Buchanan proposed to amend the law protecting against money laundering in Jersey so that gifts made into a trust up to five years before an offence has taken place can be confiscated.

Standardisation of tobacco product packaging
The Minister for Health and Social Services, Deputy Richard Renouf, proposed regulations to standardise tobacco product packaging so that it does not promote smoking.

Appointment of member to the Jersey Police Complaints Authority
The Minister for Home Affairs, Deputy Gregory Guida, proposed to appoint Mr. David Porter as a member of the Jersey Police Complaints Authority for three years.

Cost of repairs for Les Quennevais Park Flats balconies
Deputy Montfort Tadier asked the States Assembly to rescind the previously approved Les Quennevais Park Flats Loan Scheme. This was followed by the Deputy's amendment which asked the States Assembly to agree that Jersey Property Holdings should pay the full cost of repairs for Les Quennevais Park Flats balconies.
After the States Assembly REJECTED Deputy Tadier's amendment, he WITHDREW the original proposition.

Election of Jurats by the Electoral College
The Minister for Health and Social Services, Deputy Richard Renouf, proposed temporary regulations to allow the Electoral College to delay its physical meeting or meet virtually to appoint Jurats, due to COVID-19.
