A1.  To receive apologies for absence.

A2.  To approve the Minutes of the meeting of 6th March 2014 (Part A and Part B).

A3.  To agree to present the States Assembly Annual Report for 2013 to the States.

A4.  To agree to present the "States of Jersey Complaints Panel: Report for 2013" to the

States.

A5.  To agree a comment in respect of P.33/2014: "Draft States of Jersey (Amendment No.8 Law 201-", lodged au Greffe by the Chief Minister on 18th March 2014.

A6.  To agree a comment in respect of P.45/2014: "Chief Minister election: Island-wide vote", lodged au Greffe by Deputy S.Y. Mezec of St. Helier on 1st April 2014.

A7.  To agree a comment in respect of P.44/2014: "Chief Minister and Ministers for

External Relations and Treasury and Resources: Island-wide mandate", lodged au Greffe on 1st April 2014 by the Deputy of Grouville .

A8.  To agree a comment in respect of P.43/2014: "Snow Hill car park: parking for States

members, Jurats and Law Officers", lodged au Greffe on 1st April 2014 by Deputy E.J. Noel of St. Lawrence .

A9.  To consider correspondence from the Connétable of St. Peter regarding the scrutiny of

back-benchers' propositions.

A10. To consider the use of States members' facilities by external groups following a query

raised by the Connétable of St. Mary .

A11.  To receive an oral update regarding the proposed visit to Cornwall County Council to

discuss recent changes to their governance system.

A12. To note that the Committee's next meeting will be held on Thursday 8th May 2014 at

2.30 p.m. in the Blampied Room, States Building.
