A1.  To receive apologies for absence.

A2.  To approve the Minutes of the meetings of 5th June 2014 (Part A and Part B) and

12th June 2014 (Part A and Part B) (previously  circulated).

A3.  To consider and approve the proposed States meeting  dates for 2015.

A4.  To  agree  comments  on  the  amendments to the  "Draft Referendum (Composition of

the States Assembly) (Jersey) Act 201-" (P.118/2014), lodged au Greffe' on 30th June 2014 by the Deputy of St. John and on 7th July 2014 by Deputy A.K.F. Green, M.B.E. of St. Helier , which  are scheduled to be debated on 14th July 2014.

A5.  To consider States members' information  services with regard to document access.

A6.  To consider correspondence from Deputy G.C.L. Baudains of St. Clement regarding

the facilities  available  to members while the Royal Court is sitting.

A7.  To  receive  an  oral  update  regarding  the  2014  electoral  registration  and  turnout

campaign.
