A1.  To receive apologies for absence.

A2.  To approve the Minutes of the meetings of 10th February 2015 (Part A and Part B),

20th February 2015 (Part B only) and 9th March 2015 (Part A only).

A3.  To receive troubleshooting assistance in connexion with the Livelink document and

records management system.

A4.  To receive an oral update in respect of the Standing Orders and Internal Procedures

Sub-Committee.

A5.  To receive an oral update in respect of the Reform of the Composition and Election of

the States Assembly Sub-Committee.

A6.  To consider a report on the current budget of the States Assembly (to follow). A7.  To agree procedures for the presentation of Complaints Board reports.

A8.  To discuss the future work-programme of the Committee.
