- To consider whether to lodge a draft amendment to the Draft Statistics and Census (Jersey) Amendment Law
- To approve a report for presentation to the States for the appointment of the Referendum Commission
- To consider forthcoming business for debate by the States Assembly and to decide whether the Committee wishes to comment on, or lodge an Amendment to, any of the Propositions
