REPORT
I fully support Proposal 13 which supports the development of a Local Development Plan for the Five Oaks area.
The rapid and somewhat unco-ordinated growth of the area has led to a serious absence of youth facilities, and provision for them needs to be planned for and made. The traffic issues are legendary and an amelioration of them must also form a key part of any emergent Local Development Plan.
My amendment, therefore, seeks to ensure that these specific matters are highlighted and, thus, taken into account as part of any local plan-making for Five Oaks.

There are no financial or manpower implications for the States arising from this amendment.
