2 REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –

The sale of Field 1001, Le Mont de Ste Marie, St. Mary to the highest tenderer of the tenders received on 29th March 2010 as set out in Appendix 1 of the Report attached to the Ministerial Decision.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. Land transaction –

For the Public of the Island of Jersey to dispose of an area of land adjacent to La  Petite  Route  des  Mielles,  between  the  pavement  which  ends  at  the boundary between the Children's Play-park and the Railway Walk, to the boundary of the Railway Walk and the Property "Les Avenues", in perpetuity to the Parish of St. Brelade for the construction of a footpath.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
