1. HAUT DE LA GARENNE ACCOMMODATION AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITY CENTRE, INCLUDING FIELDS 685, 686, 695 AND 695B – LEASE TO PARADOX LTD.;
2. FIELD 107, MAUFANT, ST. SAVIOUR – LEASE TO THE SITTING TENANT;
3. 1 DON TERRACE, ST. HELIER – SALE.

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To let  Haut  de  la Garenne,  La  Rue  de  la Pouclée  et  des  Quatre Chemins, St. Martin , to the sitting tenant, Paradox Ltd., for 6 years commencing  on  8th  April  2013  for  continued  use  as  an Accommodation and Outdoor Activity Centre.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To let  Field 107,   St. Saviour  to the  sitting  tenant,  for  a  term  of 25 years commencing on 28th September 2009.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To sell 1 Don Terrace, St. Helier to the preferred bidder of the bids recently received in connection with the marketing of the site, with each party to meet their own costs in passing contract.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
