REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To approve the sale of Fields 811, 816 and land, l'Avenue de la Reine Elizabeth II, St. Peter .
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To accept the recommendation of the Minister for Housing and to notify the States of his intention to
  1. proceed with the sale of 5 Grasett Park, St. Saviour , with a first-time buyer value of £375,000, to the agreed purchasers, in accordance with HD22 Valuation Policy for Sales;
  2. confirm that the capital receipts from the sale of this property be  credited  to  the  Housing  Department's  Capital  Works Programme, rather than the Consolidated Fund, in accordance with P.6/2007 – Social Housing Property Plan 2007–2016.
  1. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
