REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To rescind previous decisions MD-PH-2015-0096 and MD-PH-2015- 0108.
  2. To sell La Pouclée Lodge, La Pouquelaye, St. Helier to the preferred bidder arising from bids received during the recent marketing of the property, with each side to meet their own costs in passing contract.
  3. To request the Minister for Health and Social Services to approve the sale.
  4. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
