LAND TRANSACTIONS UNDER STANDING ORDER 168(3) –

A11, LA VALLÉE DE ST. PIERRE, ST. PETER AND

ST. LAWRENCE – PROPOSED 2-MILE PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE PATH FROM MOULIN DE TESSON TO LE DIMERIE –

1. LAND PARCEL No. 10 – PROPOSED LEASE;
2. LAND PARCEL No. 11 – PROPOSED LEASE;
3. LAND PARCEL No. 13 – PROPOSED PURCHASE;
4. LAND PARCEL No. 14 – PROPOSED PURCHASE;
5. LAND PARCEL No. 15 – PROPOSED PURCHASE;
6. LAND PARCEL No. 19 – PROPOSED PURCHASE

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with  the landowners, Mrs. Angela Harriet Jones, née Le Couteur, and Ms. Lucy Mary Le Couteur, in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path  project,  in accordance  with  the  terms  set  out  in  the  report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.
2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with the landowner,  Mr.  Gordon  Stanley  Leonard,  in  connection  with  the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.
2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with the landowner, Mr. Wayne Philip Le Marquand, in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.

2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

4. Land transaction –

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with the landowner,  Mr.  Francis  Arthur  Poignard,  in  connection  with  the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.
2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

5. Land transaction –

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with the landowners, Mr. Darren Charles Quenault and Mrs. Julia Margaret Quenault, née Bryant, in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.
2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

6. Land transaction –

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with the landowners, Mr. Geoffrey Russell Pirouet and Mrs. Anne Pirouet, née Burns, in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.
2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
