LAND TRANSACTIONS UNDER STANDING ORDER 168(3) –

A11, LA VALLÉE DE ST. PIERRE, ST. PETER AND ST. LAWRENCE – PROPOSED 2 MILE PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE PATH FROM MOULIN DE TESSON TO LE DIMERIE –

1. LAND PARCELS Nos. 1, 3, 8 AND 18 – THE JERSEY NEW WATERWORKS CO. LTD. – PROPOSED LEASE;
2. LAND PARCELS Nos. 4 AND 6 – LEROS LTD. – PROPOSED LEASE AND PURCHASE;
3. LAND PARCELS Nos. 2, 7, 9 AND 12 – THE NATIONAL TRUST FOR JERSEY – PROPOSED LEASE;
4. LAND PARCEL No. 5 – DAISY HILL REAL ESTATES LTD. – PROPOSED PURCHASE.

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with the Jersey New Waterworks Co. Ltd. in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying MD-PH-2015-0101.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To consent  to  the  Public  entering  into  land  transactions  with Leros Ltd. in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project,  in accordance  with  the  terms  set  out  in the  report accompanying MD-PH-2015-0102.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with the National Trust For Jersey in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying MD-PH-2015-0103.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

1. To consent to the Public entering into a land transaction with Daisy Hill Real Estates Ltd. in connection with the proposed pedestrian and cycle path project, in accordance with the terms set out in the report accompanying MD-PH-2015-0104.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
