RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS PARKING SCHEME, STOPFORD ROAD AREA, ST. HELIER: FEES (P.47/2004) – COMMENTS

COMMENTS
The Finance and Economics Committee does not support the proposition as it believes that the charge of £300 per year for a residential parking permit in St. Helier as proposed by the Environment and Public Services Committee is a more than fair charge given the underlying cost of running the scheme and the income estimated as foregone from season ticket sales.
