COMMENTS
The Privileges and Procedures Committee strongly opposes this and all other amendments to P.2/2011. In its comments on the main proposition, PPC has set out why it strongly opposes Deputy Noel's proposals, and this amendment does nothing to improve the proposition or rectify the underlying issues PPC has identified with it.
PPC hopes that members will not spend too much valuable debating time debating this and other amendments to P.2/2011.
