PAGE 167, ARTICLE 45 and PAGE 167, NEW ARTICLE 46: Amendments to offence to coerce or dishonestly induce decision

The Minister for Health and Social Services accepts Amendment 5 as proposed by the Assisted Dying Review Panel noting that Article 45, as amended provides for an offence related to inducing a decision to have an assisted death, and the new Article 46 as inserted provides for an offence of coercing a decision to not have an assisted death.
