 What is the problem or issue the decision is trying to address?

The decision is to approve the re-appointment of a Non-Executive Director ("NED") to the Board of The States of Jersey Development Company Limited ("SoJDC"). The individual concerned has already served an initial period as a NED and this proposal is that she serves a further second period of up to three years.

2)  Which groups of children and young people are likely to be affected?

Groups of children could include early years, primary or secondary education; young adults; children with additional learning

needs; disabled children; children living in poverty; children from particular ethnic backgrounds; migrants; refugees; care

experienced children and LGBTQ+ children

Since this is a re-appointment of a current serving NED to the Board of SoJDC, no group of children and young people are likely to be affected.
