Strategic Reserve Fund: Long-Term Funding Plan.

I am proposing the Minister for Treasury and Resources bring forward a long-term funding plan for the Strategic Reserve Fund that must be implemented before the end of January 2026. The Fiscal Policy Panel review found the Strategic Reserve Fund was well below the recommended minimum 30% of Gross Value Added, this proposition is seeking to raise the Strategic Reserve Fund to this level at a minimum.
