I am proposing the Minister for Treasury and Resources bring forward a long-term funding plan for the Strategic Reserve. This amendment removes the requirement to increase the Fund to a minimum of 30% of the Island's GVA and changes the implementation date from 2026 to 2028 as set out in the original proposition. |
