The States Assembly are being asked to approve an amendment to the Proposed Budget 2025-2028 ("P.51/2024") which will introduce additional heads of expenditure for the Overdale Acute Facility, Kensington Place Ambulatory Facility and the St Saviours Health Village in relation to the proposals for Phase 1 of the New Healthcare Facilities Programme. The amendment also asks that the additional heads of expenditure are populated by 30th June 2025 and that supplementary information is published in successive Budgets (Government Plans) about the additional heads of expenditure, in the same way as provided for other Major Projects in the Proposed Budget (Government Plan). The proposed amendment relates only to the P.51/2024 process, and the way in which information about heads of expenditure on the New Healthcare Facilities Programme is shared with States Members and the public. |
