Draft States of A1. The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A1 of 2nd March 2011, Jersey recalled that on 3rd March 2011 the States had rejected a proposition of the (Miscellaneous Deputy of Grouville to refer to their Act dated 20th January 2011 in which, Provisions) Law subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, they adopted 201-: request to a Law entitled the States of Jersey (Miscellaneous Provisions) Law 201-, and, Privy amongst other things, to agree that it was no longer the wish of the Assembly Council' (P.99/2011): that the Law should receive the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in draft comment. Council. It further recalled that on 6th June 2011 the Deputy of Grouville had 450/1(16) lodged au Greffe' an essentially identical proposition entitled: Draft States of

Jersey  (Miscellaneous  Provisions)  Law  201-: request  to  Privy Council' (P.99/2011 refers).

The Committee considered a draft comment to Projet No. P.99/2011.

The  Committee,  having  confirmed  that  the  draft  provided  a  full  and accurate account of its views in respect of the proposition, approved the comment to P.99/2011 and requested the Greffier of the States to present the comment to the States forthwith.
