States of A1. The Committee received a report prepared by the States of Jersey Jersey Complaints Board in connexion with its findings in respect of a complaint against Complaints a decision of the Minister for Planning and Environment.

Architects, against a decision of the Minister for Planning and Environment to refuse permission to develop houses on Field 189, Sandhurst, La Route de Vinchelez, St. Ouen (land in the Countryside Zone)."
