Challenge to A1. The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. B6 of 19th April 2016, summons received a document, which set out its decision in relation to the challenge by the served by the States of Jersey Development Company (SOJDC) to the summons issued upon its Corporate Managing Director by the Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel (CSSP), and also its Services reasons for that decision.

Managing In accordance with the provisions of the States of Jersey (Powers, Privileges and Director of the Immunities) (Committees of Inquiry) (Jersey) Regulations 2007, the Committee States of recalled that it had decided to uphold the summons, but to impose conditions on the Jersey giving of the evidence and the production of the relevant documents and their use. Company. The Committee was mindful that an earlier draft of its decision had been circulated 450/99(5) to both the CSSP and the SOJDC and that they had been given the opportunity to
comment thereon. Accordingly, the Committee approved the decision and requested that it be circulated to both parties in final draft before being presented to the States as a report in the R' series. The Committee Clerk was requested to take the necessary action.
