Outsourcing P.29/2016

THE STATES rejected a proposition of Deputy Geoffrey Peter Southern of St. Helier to request the Council of Ministers to bring any scheme to cease, reduce or outsource any public service for which a Minister was responsible to the States for approval, accompanied by the full analysis of the business, social and economic case, whenever the scheme involved the compulsory redundancy of 12 or more employees.
