Complaints A1. The Committee received a report of the States of Jersey Complaints Board in Board: connexion with a complaint by Mrs. E. Huggett against the Minister for Social Security, complaint by regarding the way in which her pension claim was administered.

Huggett The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative against the Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, it was required to present the report to the States Minister for in the Reports series and that the Minister for Social Security would then have 2 months Social Security in which to respond to the findings of the Board.
