Forthcoming A1. The Committee received a list of forthcoming business for debate by the States business for Assembly at its next 2 meetings, to be held on 11th and 25th September 2018 debate by the respectively and decided that it did not wish to comment on any of the Propositions due States to be debated on those occasions.

States meeting A2. The Committee received a report, prepared by the Deputy Greffier, in dates for 2019. connexion with the proposed States meeting dates for 2019.

The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Standing Order 4 of the Standing Orders of the States of Jersey, it was required to present to the States, no later than the end of September each year, a list of days for meetings of the States for the 1st and 2nd sessions in the following year.

The Committee was mindful that the Committee, as previously constituted, had decided that the dates proposed should, in so far as possible, avoid meetings during any school holiday periods and noted that the proposed dates for 2019, as set out in the report, avoided these.

The proposed meeting dates for 2019 were accordingly agreed as follows:

The Committee further agreed that the first meeting of 2020 should be on 14th January 2020.

The Committee Clerk was requested to arrange for the States meeting dates for 2019 to be presented to the States in due course.
