Draft Sea A1. The Committee noted that the draft Sea Fisheries (Minimum Size Limits) Fisheries (Amendment No.6) (Jersey) Regulations 201- (P.93/2018) and the draft Sea Fisheries (Minimum (Les Ecréhous) (Jersey) Regulations 201- (P.94/2018), which had both been lodged au Size Limits) Greffe by the Minister for the Environment, made reference to the amendments being (Amendment made following scientific evidence and discussions in the various Committees of the No.6) (Jersey) Granville Bay Agreement'.

Accordingly, the Committee decided to present a comment on 350/99(2) P.93/2018, which also referred to P.94/2018, to highlight this lacuna.
