Complaints  A1.  The Committee received a report of the States of Jersey Complaints Board in Board:  connexion with a complaint by Mr. Huda against the Minister for Health and Social complaint by  Services, regarding an unresolved complaint and allegations of racism.

against the  The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative Minister for  Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, it was required to present the report to the States Health and  in the Reports series and that the Minister for Health and Social Services would have 2 Social  months in which to respond to the findings of the Board.
