Complaints  A1.  The Committee received a report of the States of Jersey Complaints Board in Board:  connexion with a complaint by Mrs. X against the Minister for Education and complaint by  Student Finance, regarding the way in which an application for student finance was Mrs. X against  administered.

for Education  The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative and Student  Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, it was required to present the report to the Finance.  States in the Report series and that the Minister for Education and Student Finance 1386/2/1/3(25)  would have 2 months in which to respond to the findings of the Board.

The Committee accordingly approved the report for presentation to the States and requested the Committee Clerk to take the necessary action.
