Complaints  A1.  The Committee received a report of the States of Jersey Complaints Board in Board:  connexion  with  a  complaint  by  X  against  the  Health  and  Community  Services complaint by  Department in respect of a Division of that Department.

Health and  The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative Community  Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, it was required to present the report to the States Services  in the Reports series and that the Minister for Health and Social Services would have 2 Department in  months in which to respond to the findings of the Board.
