Complaints  A1.  The  Committee  received  the  report  and  findings  of  a  States  of  Jersey Board:  Complaints Board in connexion with a complaint by Mr. T. Binet and Ms. R. Binet complaint by  against  the  Minister  for  the  Environment,  regarding  the  processing  of  Planning Mr. T. Binet  applications by them and the various companies in which they had a significant interest. and Ms. R.

Binet against  The Committee recalled that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9(9) of the the Minister  Administrative Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, it was required to present the for the  report to the States in the Reports series and that the Minister for the Environment would Environment  thereafter have 2 months in which to respond to the findings of the Board.
