and 1st February 2019 (Part A only); 5th February 2019 (Part A and Part B); 18th and 20th February 2019 (Part A only); 26th February 2019 (Part A and Part B); 5th March and 11th March 2019 (Part A and Part B), having previously been circulated, were taken as read and were confirmed.
Forthcoming A2. The Committee received a list of forthcoming business for debate by the States business for Assembly at its meetings to be held on 30th April and 21st May 2019 and noted that debate by the Senator S.Y. Mézec had lodged Elected Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the States States Assembly: selection and appointment' (P.31/2019) for debate on 30th April 2019. Assembly.
465/1(210) The Committee was reminded that, in advance of debates on similar propositions, such
as P.54/2016 and P.84/2017, it had prepared comments and provided links to reports and previous debates on the subject, in order to assist Members. Accordingly, it decided that it wished to present comments on P.31/2019 and instructed the Committee Clerk to update its previous comments and to circulate them for approval, prior to arranging for them to be presented.
