Complaints  A1.  The Committee received a complaint of the States of Jersey Complaints Board Board:  in  connexion  with  a  complaint  by  Ms.  McGinley  against  the  Minister  for  the complaint by  Environment  regarding  the  enforcement  of  planning  conditions  by  the  Planning Ms. McGinley  Department.
