Minutes.  A1.  The Minutes of the meetings held on 13th July 2020 (Part A and Part B) and

22nd July (Part A only), having previously been circulated, were taken as read and were confirmed. It was noted that they would formally be signed by the Chair at a future date.

Forthcoming  A2.  The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A2 of 13th June 2020, business for  considered forthcoming business for debate by the States Assembly.

States  The Committee noted a Proposition from Deputy M. Tadier (P.75/2020) Senators Assembly.  and Deputies: removal of citizenship requirement' was scheduled for debate on 22nd 465/1(210)  September 2020. The Committee agreed to provide a comment on this Proposition.

The Committee noted a Proposition from Deputy J. Young (P.98/2020) Ministerial Government Review' was scheduled for debate on 22nd September 2020 and agreed to consider this matter separately later in the meeting.

The Committee noted that Deputy I. Gardiner had submitted an Amendment to its Proposition (P.106/2020) States meetings in 2021: move to a three-week cycle', which was scheduled for debate on 22nd September 2020. The Amendment sought to separate Written Questions from the Order Paper. The Committee acknowledged that further discussion was required on Question Time' for future sittings, as the current system, which had been introduced during the pandemic period, was due to expire at the end of September 2020. The Chair confirmed that he would set down ideas for the future of Question Time' and circulate them by email to the Committee for comment. The plan could be shared with all States Members for feedback, in due course. Deputy J.M. Maçon of St. Saviour advised that he intended to lodge an Amendment to P.106/2020 that would address the Question Time' issue for the

duration of the three-weekly meeting cycle trial period.
