Complaints  A1.  The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A1 of 24th September 2019, Board: reply to  recalled that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9(9) of the Administrative the response of  Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982 (the Law'), it had presented the report and the Minister  findings of a States of Jersey Complaints Board to the States (R.125/2019) in connexion for the  with the complaint of Mr. T. and Ms. R. Binet against the Minister for the Environment Environment  (the  Minister'). Their  complaint  had  centred  on  the  processing  of  Planning to the report  applications made by them and by the various companies in which they had a significant and findings of  interest.
