States The Committee noted that 7 Amendments had been lodged to its Proposition Assembly. Composition and Election of the States: Proposed changes' (P.139/2020). A draft

comments paper in respect of the Amendments had been circulated by email to the Committee for consideration. The Committee approved the comments paper and instructed officers to arrange for it to be lodged au Greffe'.
