Draft Covid-19 (Safe Distancing) (Jersey) Regulations 202- P.66/2020

THE STATES commenced consideration of the Draft Covid-19 (Safe Distancing) (Jersey) Regulations 202- and rejected a proposition of Deputy Louise Mary Catherine Doublet of St. Saviour that, in accordance with Standing Order 83(1)(a), the Draft Regulations should be referred back to the Minister for Health and Social Services in order that further information relating to the proposition could be provided to the Assembly.
