The Minister for Home Affairs made a statement regarding the response of Home Affairs services to Covid- 19.

Suspension of meeting  

The Bailiff , during the period of questions following the statement by the Minister for Home Affairs regarding the response of Home Affairs services to Covid-19, suspended the meeting, in accordance with Standing Order 46, in order to ensure that all members could participate remotely in the meeting.

Draft Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 201- P.106/2019

THE STATES re-commenced consideration of the Draft Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 201-, the Assembly having previously adopted a proposition on 25th February 2020 that the Draft Regulations be referred back to the Minister for the Environment in order that further information relating to the proposition could be provided.
