Members present: Senator Tracey Vallois (Chair), Senator Sam Mézec , Senator Ian Gorst and Deputy Kirsten Morel of St. Lawrence

- Final Draft Report
The Sub-Committee had previously received a copy of the final draft of its report. This followed a number of meetings with stakeholders to discuss in more detail the findings and recommendations made by the Sub-Committee.
In terms of the findings and recommendations in relation to the States Employment Board, the Sub-Committee agreed that the Unions should be invited to attend a meeting in order to discuss in particular their relationship with the SEB and the process of negotiating the pay deal.
The Sub-Committee approved the final report and agreed that, dependent on the discussions with the Unions, some findings and recommendations may be updated.

The Sub-Committee agreed that it would next meet once the meetings with the Unions had taken place.
