The Committee, with reference to Minute No. B4 of 23rd February 2021, received Election  the draft Eligibility for Election (Amendment to Laws) (Jersey) Law 202-' which had (Amendment  been prepared following States Assembly approval of part (b) and part (d) of the to Laws)  Proposition  entitled  Senators  and  Deputies:  removal  of  citizenship  requirement' (Jersey) Law  (P.75/2020) on 23rd September 2020.
